The 38th Annual Fundraising Sierra Vista Open Golf Tournament began Friday May 13th with the Sponsors Pro-Am scramble at Pueblo del Sol County Club. The event hosted 144 golfers on 36 teams. The winning team from The UPS Store team of Adam Berns, Charlie Comolli, Mal Miller, and Ted Martens took First Place in the event.

The Sierra Vista Open 36-hole stroke play tournament began Saturday and concluded Sunday with 108 golfers competing for the prestigious championship title. In the Alan Gray Flight Duce Briggs out lasted the field of 34 golfers to capture the Championship with a score of 139. Neal McCarty claimed second place with a score of 143, just one stroke ahead of Travis Gonda for third place with a score of 144.

In the Charles Haywood Flight 69, golfers competed for the NET Championship. Jose Feliciano took the championship honors with a final Net score of 139, Lain Last took second place scoring 141, while Brenden Root finished in third place with a score of 145. Congratulations to the winners and a thank you to each of the players who participated in the 2022 Sierra Vista Open.
